Dubai Invitational 2026 - Contenders based on current form

Tommy Fleetwood @ 5/16.00

The Englishman enjoyed a strong 2025, winning the Tour Championship on the PGA Tour and The India Championship on the DPWT in October. He has taken more world ranking points than any other player in the field since July last year and kicks off 2026 at this biannual tournament as the defending champion

Jayden Trey Schaper @ 18/119.00

With two wins and a runner-up spot in his last three events on this tour, the young South African is the man in form in Dubai this week.

Rory McIlroy @ 3/14.00

The newly-crowned BBC Sports Personality of the Year is hungry for more success in 2026 and would love to start with a statement win in Dubai. He finished tied for second to Fleetwood at the only previous edition of this event.

Thriston Lawrence @ 35/136.00

McIlroy's fellow runner-up from 2024 is a much bigger price than the Northern Irishman. The South African sits sixth in this week's field for world ranking points accumulated in the last six months. His best recent performance on this tour was a third-place in India.
