Gordon has two runners at Naas
"Grey Soldier seems to be in good form at home and we’re hoping he can get in the frame again."

He was a decent horse on the flat for Andrew Balding and makes his debut over jumps this afternoon. He's quite a nice horse for the future but he's still novicey over his hurdles at home and needs to build his confidence. Emmet McNamara rides him and he'll take his time on the horse and see how he goes. Whatever he does today, he should improve for the experience.

He ran his best race of the season when third behind Lead Kindly Light at Fairyhouse last weekend. He wore blinkers for the first time in that race and we're putting them on again. As I've said about him in the past, he's a bit of a character - he has the ability but has been disappointing on the track. He might prefer a bit of better ground but he seems to be in good form at home and we're hoping he can get in the frame again.
