Bet faster with the keyboard

Using the mouse will cost you time and money.
To place any bet on Betfair, you need click your mouse only ONCE.
How's that you say? The only time you need to use the mouse is when choosing back or lay next to your selection. When the cursor lands in the price box, the price is surrounded in blue, signifying that the cursor is in control of that box.
Type the price you want or use the arrow keys on the keyboard, instead of clicking 20 times to move from 1.6 to 1.4 - that takes way too long.
To move across to the stake box, hit the TAB key.
Type in your stake then hit ENTER. You don't need to move your mouse down to 'Place Bet' to submit it. Again, that takes time! To be even quicker, bet 11 rather than 10, or 99 rather than 100. Think about it, where are those numbers on your keyboard? That's why you'll often see bets of 1111 in in-play markets when markets are changing fast.
If you have the Confirm Bets screen each time you place a bet, consider whether you really need it. If you are a novice or nervous about punching in the wrong amount when in a rush, then leave it ticked. But if you are confident and want to get your bets on faster, it's time to untick that box and save yourself time.
So to recap that, the process is:
1. Click on Back/Lay a selection (the only time you need to use the mouse)
2. The cursor is now in the price box, just type the price you want or use the arrows to change it.
3. Hit TAB to move across to the stake box.
4. Type your stake.
5. Hit ENTER and your bet is on its way.
Many punters will complain about how they are disadvantaged by watching pictures that are four seconds behind real-time, yet they take at least five seconds to place a bet. You can't control the broadcast delay, but you can control how fast you place your bets on the Betfair interface. With practice, any bet can be placed within a split second. And if it's too difficult for you on the Betfair site, take a look at some of the other licensed betting applications for use on Betfair with their one-click betting options, such as Betfair Rapid or those listed in the Solutions Directory - but remember mistakes are more likely to occur that way.

"To be even quicker, bet 11 rather than 10, or 100 rather than 99."
Shouldn't that be "99 rather than 100"?
