Great Leighs is the most recent addition to the all-weather circuit in England.

Timeform says: Opened in April 2008, left-handed Great Leighs is slightly different to the other three polytrack courses in that it's more galloping in nature, comprising longer straights (two furlong run-in) and broad, sweeping turns in the curcumference of over a mile. Its relative fairness makes it easier for turf horses to adapt straight away, including the long-striding ones who might not have previously been considered for polytrack racing, but the fast surface and perfectly flat track still bring speed into play, meaning front runners can and often do take some pegging back.

Draw: Though sprint races are run round a bend, the contours and eventual lengthy straight means those drawn low to the inside aren't necessarily at an advantage, as results so far have highlighted.
