He seemingly feels nothing but good vibes when he is at Le Golf National. Fleetwood starred here in the 2018 Ryder Cup winning four points from five available, having won the Open De France the year before. After a long absence he returned to the track for the 2024 Olympics where he finished second. No wonder he is the favourite this week.

Twice finished a runner-up in the Open De France to which he can actually add a further top 10, with his eighth-place finish in 2022. Winther was a winner just last month at the Danish Golf Championship and after missing the cut next time out has been in solid form. Two-time winner could be primed for another high finish.

Belgian golfer is in indifferent form but has repeatedly shown a liking for the track with two top 10s and a further top 20.

Englishman is one of the most consistent operators in golf so no surprise to see him racking up another high finish with last week's tie for sixth when back on the DP World Tour at Wentworth. His form across the FedEx Cup was pretty humdrum but the competition is not so intense here so another high finish seems likely.

US golfer has been plying his trade on the DP World Tour these last few weeks, making cuts while not quite making headlines. Nevertheless, he has not missed a cut when finishing top 30 at both the Omega European Masters and BMW PGA. And prior to that he was T3 at the Tour Championship.
Note: Le Golf National's Albatros course closed in October 2024 for a major two-year redevelopment scheme regarding the construction of a new Paris Metro Line. Holes 4, 5, and 6 were completely re-designed and re-routed. Some other greens were reshaped.
