Robs View is worth a dabble and I’m taken by his win in a similar race in early October, and a subsequent runners-up spot in a Romford Open.
The layers will fancy their chances today with highly competitive BAGS races the order of the day, but Darrell Williams has a couple of selections for those who prefer to back.
With no Open racing, or evening cards anywhere, the daytime BAGS cards keep the show on the road today.
It's to Oxford and Hove that we head for our selections, with a couple of runners worthy of support.
There are few, if any, 'good things' on the cards, but Robs View is worth a dabble in the 13.12 Hove, an A2 contest. Disappointing admittedly when finding heaps of trouble last time, I'm taken by his earlier win in a similar race to todays in early October, and a subsequent runners-up spot in a Romford Open.
With all his rivals' recent A3 winners, there's every chance Derek Knight's runner could hold a slight class edge, and should be backed at [4.0].
Youngster Killishin Kudos was given a tough time by the grader when pushed up from A6 to A3 recently, but his sold early pace allowed him to exit that grade in emphatic fashion last week. I see no reason why his consistent trapping can't put him on the road to victory again in the 16.08 Oxford.
The presence of middle favouring Special Nyx in trap two can only help the cause. Pennys Juve, in trap five, would rate a major threat if trapping and might even be worth a small saver. But the advice has to be get on the Kudos at [4.0].
