Knocklasheen Boy, flagged up as a greyhound to follow after landing a gamble at Belle Vue last month, bids to put his career on track tonight in the A1 contest due underway at 21:50.
Set to be drawn in trap five for the 470 metres event, Andy Heyes' progressive youngster, who failed to trap with his usual alacrity when meeting with defeat in his last two races, remains a useful prospect.
The August 04 whelp, who is better judged on the form of his superb four-timer in the space of 21 days from December 14, chases his fourth success from eight starts in the premier grade.
The son of Daves Mentor, the winner of five races from ten outings to date, appears to have most to fear from kennelmate Dinnys Honcho (T3).
