Woods defeated on his comeback.
Tiger Woods was knocked out of the WGC Accenture Matchplay Championship in the second round of his comeback tournament.
The American was backed at a low of [1.14] to beat Tim Clark when holding a one hole advantage after the second hole.
But his South African opponent reeled off five wins in nine holes from the fifth onwards to build a winning advantage, having been matched at a high of [7.0] on Betfair. He eventually won on the 16th hole when Tiger failed to hole a chip shot from the off the green.
Woods was backed at a low of [3.75] to win the tournament.
