Not reliant on an early lead, he's fancied to turn handy on the rails this afternoon and can reel in likely leader Tasmania Eva (Trap 3) from the three-quarter point.

Our second selection at Sunderland comes at 16.04, a weak A6 contest and youngster CLONKIL PET (Trap 6) may be up to finding the requisite improvement to come out on top. Her latest effort on the sectional clock was her best yet, while she was behind one that scored in a fast time for the grade. We're hopeful she can stay out of trouble out wide and come home best of all for victory.
