Hopalong Eleni (Trap 2) - 18.36 Nottingham

The first of three selections at Nottingham comes in the A3 contest at 18.36, with HOPALONG ELENI (T2) fancied to make all. She showed real tenacity along with her customary zip when winning a blanket finish last week (Tickity Barney re-opposes) and this veteran performer has been given every chance having been left in the same grade.

Ravenshill Abbey (Trap 2) - 18.51 Nottingham

RAVENSHILL ABBEY (T2) is rather at the other age of the age spectrum being an October 19 bitch, and her future looks bright as a graded performer judged on an improved display when recording win number two last week. Like our first selection, she stays in the same grade tonight and with the exception of trap 1 on her inside, the other rivals in the 18.51 are fully exposed.

Churchill Duke (Trap 4) - 20.12 Nottingham

Having graded on in A6 company during the winter, CHURCHILL DUKE (T4) has created an excellent impression, winning 6 of 12 starts in all. He was denied a clear run on more than one occasion on his first foray into A2 company last week so it would be unwise to think he's not up to this class and he could easily turn in the lead in the 20.12 contest.
