The Nephew - 14:10 Exeter
The Nephew is clearly in good heart, adding to his chasing tally at Fontwell earlier this month, and he can finally break his duck over hurdles now. Howlongisafoot looks the obvious threat returning from a break, with The Tourard Man the most interesting of the hurdling debutants.
Perfect Candidate win and place - 15:40 Exeter
As de Fer is the likeliest winner of this staying handicap chase, though he's already been backed to the exclusion of several other interesting sorts and Perfect Candidate in particular makes each-way appeal against him. The selection remains one of the least exposed of these over fences and easily broke his duck over the smaller obstacles when last seen in May.
Go West Young Man - 16:10 Exeter
Bajan Blu's runner-up effort here 12 days ago has been well advertised since (first and third fought out the finish at Wincanton last week) so he has to command respect, while Worthy Award is open to lots of improvement handicapping after a break, but Go West Young Man possesses more ability than his current mark implies, so is the one to be with.
