Southwell 13:20 - Generous Dream
Mel Brittain's runners are in good nick at the moment, and his representative Generous Dream looks to hold strong claims in the two-mile handicap at Southwell. Generous Dream proved her effectiveness on the fibresand when finishing a narrow runner-up here last month, and a slightly disappointing subsequent effort can be forgiven on account of the run - just five days later - coming too soon. She will be suited by stepping up to two miles and should bounce back.
Bangor 14:40 - Mighty Minnie
Mighty Minnie is a sister to the top-class staying hurdler Mighty Man and she should improve now tackling three miles for the first time. Mighty Minnie showed just modest form in a couple of starts in bumpers, and she's only achieved a similar level so far over hurdles, but she goes handicapping from a fair mark as a consequence and improvement is expected granted this stiffer test of stamina.
Bangor 15:10 - Goodtoknow
Goodtoknow didn't get very far on his return at Ffos Las - cannoned into and fell at the first - but it is easy to forgive him, and he looks well handicapped based on his third at Wetherby from a 2 lb higher mark last season. There are plenty in here with chances but Goodtoknow could yet be open to a spot of improvement in his second season as a chaser and looks fairly treated.
