Ludlow 15:20 - What A Good Night
What A Good Night has looked a much-improved performer since joining Dan Skelton and he's unlucky not to be unbeaten for his current yard having fallen when clear at Southwell on his penultimate outing. He bounced back with a cosy win at Wetherby, though, and could still be a step ahead of the handicapper, so is worth following, particularly as he remains open to further improvement.
Ludlow 15:50 - After Eight Sivola
After Eight Sivola did well to win at Taunton (left with a lot to do) and backed up that effort with a good third in a strong race at Sandown. The form of that Sandown race has worked out well, and it's worth noting that After Eight Sivola actually shaped better than the bare result having again been left with a lot to do. He remains with potential and is worth backing to return to winning ways.
Chelmsford City 20:40 - Saved My Bacon
The lightly-raced Saved My Bacon took a step forward when finishing a good third over C&D recently, and a repeat of that effort would see Chris Dwyer's filly go close. Saved My Bacon shaped well here last time and arguably could have finished a bit closer had she not been carried left and forced to switch, and she could yet do better.
