Timeform concentrate on the action at Bath on Sunday and identify three horses worth backing...

We don't have to wait long for our first bet at Bath as we select Rough Courte to finally get off the mark in the opening maiden at 14:10. Mick Channon's filly has had plenty of chances already, 11 in total, but she has shown a fairly useful level of form, despite failing to get her head in front, and sets the standard here. A reproduction of her runner-up effort at York last time would make her difficult to beat in a field such as this and she can gain a deserved first win.

Boom And Bust has been in good form of late, finishing second in the Group 3 Supreme Stakes at Goodwood last time, and is presented with a nice opportunity to register a first win of the campaign in the minor event at 16:20. Boom And Bust may not have won yet this season but he has been performing consistently well in the face of some stiff tasks. This is a marked drop in grade for Boom And Bust and Marcus Tregoniong's reliable six-year-old can capitalise.

The Ed de Giles-trained Croquembouche is a straightforward sort and he can land the extended 10-furlong handicap at 16:50. Croquembouche proved to be better than ever last time, showing a willing attitude to prevail at Windsor last month, and he holds solid claims this afternoon despite facing a career-high mark. It should be noted that Croquembouche did have the run of the race at Windsor, able to dictate matters, but his likeable attitude should continue to stand him in good stead and he can go close.
