Timeform UK SmartPlays: Sunday August 11

Woolston Ferry goes in the 16:55 at Leicester.

"Woolston Ferry looks to have been finding his way to full fitness gradually this term..."

Timeform advise bets at both Windsor and Leicester on Sunday...

Both Strictly Silca and Miliika warrant respect in the 15:10 at Windsor, particularly so the latter who looks to be on a fair mark and ought to come on for her reappearance at Newmarket last week, but we're going to side with Clive Cox's Jubilant Queen. The three-year-old has finished second on her last two outings, losing no caste in defeat on either occasion, and she looks to possess the ability to score off this mark. It's a competitive little race, but Jubilant Queen can win.

Richard Hannon's Brownsea Brink will probably be popular having made a winning return to action at Newmarket recently, but he was allowed to dictate a steady pace that day and it wasn't the strongest of contests, so he could be worth taking on with Storming. Trained by Andrew Balding, the three-year-old is still a maiden but he has gone close in handicaps on a couple of occasions and was deserving of extra credit, in a race that has worked out well, when finishing fifth at Kempton when last seen. He may not be obviously well treated but he has dropped 2 lb since Kempton and looks capable of making a serious impact here.

Henry Candy's Woolston Ferry has dropped below his last winning mark and, having shaped as though he were coming to the boil at Windsor last month, he is taken to hit the mark in Leicester's 16:55. The seven-year-old looks to have been finding his way to full fitness gradually this term, not firing on his first two outings but catching the eye in the aforementioned Windsor affair, and if he is at his best he could take some stopping here.

Timeform SmartPlays:

Back Woolston Ferry @9.08/1 in the 16:55 at Leicester
