Swendab - 13:05 Kempton
Swendab isn't the same force on all-weather as he is on turf, though his mark reflects that and he has been knocking on the door of late. He ran very well when third at Lingfield on Wednesday after setting a strong pace and is selected in the hope this doesn't come too quick. Indian Affair and Salvado are a couple of others to consider.
Barwah - 14:05 Kempton
Barwah did well to win over C&D four days ago after not being ideally placed in a slowly-run race. That was her second win in three starts and she looks the one to beat under a 6 lb penalty here. Tychaios has been in good form on the all-weather and rates a big danger, while Polar Kite is admittedly on a long losing run, though hasn't been beaten far in similar contests here of late and is another to consider.
Rigolleto - 15:05 Kempton
An open handicap, a punt taken on Rigoletto, who took this race 12 months ago from a 2 lb higher mark, and should be sharper for his C&D reappearnce last month. Evident and Jolly Red Jeanz are tentative selections for the minor money.
