Not an easy race to assess with confidence given French recruits Le Mercurey and L'ami Serge are open to plenty of progress having joined top stables, but Daneking is easier to put a handle on, as he is very much the pick at the weights following his big-field handicap success at Fairyhouse in April, so has to be the call.
