Your Exchange+

We know that a lot of customers like to configure their market view and get things just right. Here's a lowdown of the settings we now offer on Exchange+.

You can access all of these through the Settings link in the top right. More options become available when you are logged in.

• You can change the refresh rate through the Betting tab which allows you to enable price updates every second. We'd also recommend turning off "Highlight when odds change" if you do this, to avoid the market view flashing rapidly.
• You can turn off the Games modules, on the "Other" tab. This gives you more room in the betslip and removes some of the gaming elements from the Exchange pages
• If you bet on racing, you can turn off the race card info. This will hide the silks and other information - this gives more room for your P&L to be displayed, so the market grid doesn't have to move around.
• If you want to quickly navigate around the site, turn off "Display Sport Zones". Now if you want to navigate from a race to tonight's football, the page won't refresh at every step along the way and you can save valuable seconds.
• To make sure you're using the new Exchange+, make sure you are in the market page shown in the picture below:

What is Exchange+?

It is the new version of the Market View and introduces a lot of new features. Over the past few months, we've made this new market page available to our most loyal customers who bet on Horse Racing and Football markets.

After really positive feedback, we've continued our migration process and we made this the default market page for both Greyhounds and Tennis markets last month. Now, Exchange+ is the default market page for all Exchange markets using the new website.

What's new?

● Improved trading interface with fluid design that allows a better use of the space available on the browser window
● Dedicated Exchange betslip focused on placing singles and then quickly and easily managing your bets
● The Betslip dutching calculator is now available for both Lay and Back selections
● My Markets functionality is back as part of the new Favourites section
● CashOut+ is available in Match odds markets for all sports. Cash Out is available in Horse Racing Win markets
● A revamped experience on Football Asian Handicap markets, (including new Profit & Loss table)
● The Bet View Slider is now part of the new "Market Quick Settings" bar that you can find in the bottom of the Market view. We're adding more functionality to this bar in the near future
● Each Way markets are now available for Horse Racing
● Integrated context information about the event - Head 2 Head information for Football and Tennis, Timeform for Horse Racing and Betting forecast for Greyhounds Racing
● Fast access link to get you to our Sportsbook Product where you will find a much richer experience for placing multiples bets
● One-second price and bet updates
● Display Sport Zones preference is back to the Settings pane, you can now seamlessly use the left hand navigation to navigate to the market you desire
● Choose to either show or hide the race card information directly in the market view

● Ability to keep unmatched bets in-play over market suspensions

What's next?

We are looking into different ways to grow and improve the betting capabilities of this new Market view by adding new features, including:

● Set a default stake option, so that you no longer need to set a stake manually thus improving your betting workflow
● Improved dutching calculator by making the functionality more clear to you
