Betfair Twitter Competitions: Terms and Conditions

1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees, and their immediate families and friends, of Betfair.

2. Promotion opens on 03/08/13 and ends at 12:00 BST on 04/08/13 ("Promotional Period").

3. To enter, you must have a registered UK Twitter account.

4. One entry per person for the Promotional Period allowed.

5. Each entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion, and must include the hashtag #CashOutAcca

6. Betfair's decisions will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

7. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries delayed or not received due to transmission, network or software problems, or for any other reason beyond Betfair's control.

8. The winner will be notified by DM after the draw.

9. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and will be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. Any personal data which you provide shall be used by Betfair solely in connection with this promotion and for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions.
