Betfair Poker's very own Annette "Annette_15" Obrestad recently made her début on the hit NBC Sports TV Show "Poker After Dark" at the Golden Nugget Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This was one of the first tastes of Las Vegas for Annette as she had previously been unable to play due to not being the legal age of 21-years but she more than held her own with some of the big names of poker.

This particular instalment of "Poker After Dark" was entitled "Nicknames" and saw Annette drop her familiar "Annette_15" moniker in favour of calling herself "The Huntress." She explained to her table mates that she "needed a new nickname for the show" and that her usual alias was a little "boring."

After paying the $20,000 entry fee, Annette got to lock horns with Phil "the Poker Brat" Hellmuth, "Phil "The Unabomber" Laak, Erick "E-Dog" Lindgren, Antonio "the Magician" Estfandiari and Mike "The Mouth" Matusow, with the winner taking home the entire $120,000 prize pool.

First out of the kickoff show was Erick Lindgren who played his usual loose style hoping to accumulate a large stack or be eliminated early. After four players saw a Jd5s4s flop, Antonio Estfandiari bet 2,100 only to see Lindgren raise to $5,400. Annette folded Js9s before Matusow mucked his 7d5c. Esfandiari then made it 15,400 to go, Lindgen shoved and was called by "The Magician." The dealer put out the jack of hearts on the turn, followed by the three of diamonds on the river to eliminate "E-Dog" in sixth place.

Annette managed to last until Wednesday's episode but came unstuck when she saw Laak limp for 600, Hellmuth call in the small blind and decided to move the rest of her 10,225 stack into the middle holding As6s. Laak eventually made the call with KsQd but Hellmuth folded out his Ad3h.

The flop came down JsAhKc, giving Annette top pair but giving Laak a gutshot Broadway straight, which came in when the Tc arrived on the turn. Annette needed a queen to split the pot but the river fell 5d and "The Huntress" was eliminated and sent into the Las Vegas night.
