Betfair Star, our greyhound, landed his first race for us at Hove on Tuesday. Seamus Cahill, his trainer, discusses that victory over 285 metres, looks ahead to the Northern Puppy Derby at Sunderland and reveals his plans for his runners at Hove in the future. First of all Seamus reflects on Betfair Star's win.

The campaign to reopen Walthamstow is still ongoing, led by trainer Ricky Holloway. He gives us an update to the latest progress and talks about Blonde Dino, his five-figure purchase from Mark Currell, and explains future plans for the Dundalk International and Steel City Cup winner. We started by asking Ricky for a campaign update.

Paul Hennessy is always well represented in the major Irish races and The Laurels at Cork is no exception. Paul has three runners at the second round stage, including Ullid Conor and Tyrur Laurel, who have three Derby finals between them. Before talking about that though we ask Paul what sort of year he has had.

The St Leger is the next big race at Wimbledon and Owen Winkley, the assistant racing manager there, is in the thick of organising the 668-metre competition. We discuss all things Wimbledon with Owen, one of the most popular figures at the track, but he starts be giving us some news regarding Lenson Joker, the St Leger favourite.
