"Lister's trio are headed by Derby runner-up Fear Zafonic, while his Select Stakes second Farloe Reason, another finalist from Wimbledon, will be vying for favouritism, with the youngest of the Newark representatives, Jordansoilutions."

Yarmouth is the centre of the greyhound world this week with Tuesday's final of the Betfair Derby at the east coast track...

The East Anglian Derby is worth £20,000 to the winner and has been won nine times by Charlie Lister ¬ and Lister has three chances to make it number 10 this year!

Lister's trio are headed by Derby runner-up Fear Zafonic, while his Select Stakes second Farloe Reason, another finalist from Wimbledon, will be vying for favouritism, with the youngest of the Newark representatives, Jordansoilutions, completing the former champion trainer's huge hand in the event.

No less than five Category One winners feature in the line-up, with Droopys Bogart, Eye Eye Pickle and Glenroe Ginger completing the field.

The action is live on Sky Sports 3 from 7.30pm and 10pm.

The Betfair Retired Greyhound of the Year is Skye, owned by Kate Daymon.

The seven-year-old white and blue, who raced at Walthamstow as Isle Of Skye, was adjudged 'best of class' at Saturday's Great Greyhound Gathering at Nottingham Racecourse.

Representing the Rugby and Coventry branch of the Retired Greyhound Trust, Skye wins £2,500 for that particular branch.

The Great Greyhound Gathering attracted hundreds of greyhounds with their owners through the dates at the horserace track next to the greyhound stadium, the 'family fun day' raising money for the RGT.
