It was another good day For Darrell on Friday with winners at [4.0] and [1.66] plus a successful [2.7] lay from three selections, so what's he going for today?

Monmore's Open races on BAGS this evening hold plenty of interest, but while I was tempted by a couple in the sprints, it's Rackethall Hero that rates the pick of the card in the 480m race at 7.58.

Chris Allsopp's charge won his semi-final in the Ladbrokes Gold Cup before finding only Barbies Man too good in the final, where high class Bandicoot Tipoki was third. That looks red hot form and while a pitch away from the rails would have been preferable, neighbour Nametab Zorro is unlikely to prove a hazard at traps rise. [2.25] or bigger would be game on.

I was tempted to put up Talking Tina in the 7.37 at Sittingbourne after a spate of recent form which has seen her win three of her last six A1 races. However the more sensible bet has to a lay of Runone Flyer in the same race, who was behind her rival recently, and whose wide tactics often play against her. Lay at [4.5] or better.
