Richard O’Hagan

Richard describes himself as a ‘sports fanatic, pure and simple’. He combines his love of the game with writing about it, with a particular emphasis on cricket, rugby and American sports. Elsewhere, he writes for a national newspaper on legal and political issues.

He believes that his choice of teams to support – Aston Villa, Leicester Tigers, Leicestershire CCC and Chicago Bears – brings more than enough disappointment for one man to bear, and reinforced this by taking 21 years to pick a Grand National winner.
