I joined Betfair in March 2011, finally having found a place to combine my love of sport and ability to write a bit after 11 years as a business journalist, covering industries such as technology and hospitality. The football season sees me at White Hart Lane every other week, while during the summer I can sometimes be found sunbathing at the Oval. My best punting success was landing a football multiple that paid out nearly £400. I have been trying to recreate that joyful occasion ever since without great success.
