Ex-Monmore performer SICKOFBEINSKINT has made a solid start to her Sheffield career having qualified at A7 level, opening her account last month prior to a strong-finishing second in this grade last week. Rarely one to come out of the boxes flying, this 500m circuit is ideal for her, and granted a clear passage, Sickofbeinskint is fancied to run down potential front runner Pattys Dolly.

HARTON TORNADO (Trap 2) - 16:43 Sheffield

HARTON TORNADO presumably went into a fair few notebooks following a luckless run on his penultimate start, and that was reflected in a starting price of 4/6 in this A6 grade last week. A little trouble early on didn't help his cause but he effectively bumped into a big improver on the day when failing to land the odds. There doesn't look to be any rivals of that level lurking in this contest so compensation hopefully awaits.

WOODMANCOTE JESS (Trap 4) - 20:54 Hove

Down at Hove, WOODMANCOTE JESS progressed into A1 class during the summer, and having eased back into A2 company, she's had excuses the last twice, stumbling at the start on penultimate outing and then suffering early crowding last week. On the clock she holds the aces in this contest and is capable of turning very handy if coming out of the boxes as she can.
