If Guinness Time (1:12) goes off anything like [2.3] or bigger he’s a must.
For those within reach of Brighton today, the temptation is to jump in the car and head down to Hove for an excellent Open race card this lunchtime. But worry not if you're no where near as Darrell Williams is on hand to bring you the best bets...
Sometimes the simple approach is the best one and while my three choices today might seem fairly obvious, I'm confident that, at worst, we can make a profit.
If Guinness Time (1:12) goes off anything like [2.3] or bigger he's a must. Seamus Cahill's charge looks head and shoulders above the opposition, which is made up of graders, albeit high class A1 regulars at Hove and Romford, and I'll be surprised if he doesn't do the business.
Cahill should also be on the mark with Carden Bert (1:58), who did us a big favour on the Sky card last Tuesday, having been unlucky not to make the East Anglian Derby final. With Tony Collett's Give Mesome Luck in the field, I'd be hopeful of [2.8] plus, and expect the selection to make all.
Me Buddy (11:58), who amazingly got into division 2 of the sprint on that Yarmouth card - did you see the smile on trainer Matt Dartnall's face when I put that to him - should have few problems following up, although I expect we'll be forced to take [1.7] at best.
