While Farloe Reason (9.12) looks ripe for tipping, at the likely odds of [1.5] he's a bit too short to include, although I see little doubt him not collecting.

However, at more attractive odds Chicago Prince gets the nod in the 8.09. David Pruhs' runner, given a good word in the ante post preview of this event elsewhere where he has already been backed, can account for Kengyelfuto Snow. The selection has already proved himself over CD, confirming the promise of a run here in July with two more than fair trials and should be supported at [2.75] or bigger.

I'm pretty convinced Rab Mc Nair has kept Droopys Bogart (7.37) fresh for this, having been unraced since enjoying no luck when favourite for the Classic final at Sunderland in July. Potentially rated the best he has trained, his trial suggests he's ready to fire first time back and can turn over useful Glenroe Ginger at 2.25 or better.

Charlie Lister has a strong team and unexposed Jordansoilutions can play his part (8.57). Third in the Puppy Classic last week, he remains lightly raced and open to bundles of improvement. A sharp sprint trial augurs well for his chances here at [2.5] plus.
