Daniela Hantuchova is amongst the streakiest players on the WTA Tour but when she's hot, she really does take some stopping. That's something Victoria Azarenka may well find out to her cost today, says Sean Calvert.

My bet of the day, Sabine Lisicki , did the business for us yesterday at [2.5], but she certainly did it the hard way in what was one of the best women's matches I've seen in a long time.

I'm often critical of some of the dross that's served up on the WTA Tour, but Lisicki and Li Na raised the bar quite a few notches with those performances in what was a much more entertaining game than the Hewitt v Soderling five setter that preceded it.

Day five at the All England Club sees the start of the third round matches and today's line-up features Rafa Nadal, Andy Murray, Andy Roddick, and in all probability, Maria Sharapova and Caroline Wozniacki.

Nadal faces the big serving leftie, Gilles Muller, who beat him here in 2005, but surely there won't be a repeat of that. However, another big hitting net-rusher looks like he might be a bit of value today.

Lukasz Kubot is in the form of his life in singles at the moment after a surprising run to the third round at Roland Garros, where he defeated Nicolas Almagro from two sets and 5-2 down. In all he's won 10 of his last 11 matches.

The Pole despatched Ivo Karlovic in straight sets in the second round here and will be relishing another chance to take on a high-seeded player at a Slam.

Kubot's liking for attacking the net - he won 36 of 45 net approaches against Karlovic - suits the grass and could make for a classic match-up against the cat and mouse, baseline counter-attacking style of Gael Monfils.

The Frenchman has never been past the last 32 at Wimbledon and has hardly impressed here so far this week, with a struggle over world number 157, Grega Zemlja, in the last round.

Lamonf never does things the easy way and his price of [1.27] looks poor value to me, as does the [2.42] about a straight sets win. Either, or both, look good lays to me.

In the women's draw, I've been known to regularly make a quid or two from layers overestimating the ability of Victoria Azarenka at Slams. And this could well be another one of those occasions today.

Vika is around [1.6] to defeat Daniela Hantuchova - a player she's never beaten - in a tournament that she's only once been past the third round in.

Hantuchova on the other hand is in rare form at the moment, with wins over Wozniacki, Li Na and Venus Williams in the last few weeks. She also reached the semis in Eastbourne before retiring with an abdominal strain.

It's best to catch the streaky Hantuchova when she's in form, as her brittle confidence could go at any time, so she could represent value today at [2.6] against a player she's defeated in their two meetings so far.

Recommended bets:

Lay Monfils to beat Kubot 3-0 at [2.42]
Back Hantuchova to beat Azarenka at [2.6]

If you wish to back Lukas Kubot to beat Gael Monfils rather than just take a set off him, you can make a far larger profit on Betfar than you can with the competition.

£10 on the Pole wins you £35 on Betfair, a much better return than the £30 you'd win with William Hill or Ladbrokes. To see how odds on Betfair compare to those on offer with the competition visit Betchecker.strong>
