Andy Murray hit a nice groove during his clash with David Nalbandian yesterday and that can see him through his late-night challenge against Maran Cilic

Andy Murray (GBR) v Marin Cilic (CRO)
London-bound Andy Murray had to dig deep to progress through to the third round of the Paris Masters after a slight injury to his wrist during a 2-6, 6-4, 6-3 win over David Nalbandian.
The young Scot next faces Marin Cilic in Thursdays late night match, a player he leads 4-1 in head-to-heads that includes one Indoor hard court win back in the 2008 Madrid Masters.
After his topsy-turvy week in Valencia, which saw the world No.4 win the doubles event with his newly-wed brother Jamie but also defeated in the second round of the singles, Murray will be seeking to gain some much needed match practice on the indoor hard courts before the start of the World Tour Finals.
Croatian Marin Cilic has performed miserably by his own standards, during the second half of the season. Since a semi-final appearance in Washington in August, Cilic has been unable to win two consecutive matches in his last nine tournaments. The 22-year-old has lost four of last five at Master Series level, four in a row against a top-ten ranked player and five in a row when priced as moderate underdog.
Murray served impeccably against Nalbandian mixing his game plan by using serve and volley with resounding success. He will find it tough to break Cilic on serve, however Murray has now acclimatised himself with the fast indoor surface and can expect to win this match in two tight sets.
