Wolverhampton, the scene of today's placepot.
"A tightly-knit handicap but there is every reason to be positive about Its You Again, who is easily excused his recent fibresand flop, and the balance of his polytrack form makes him banker material."
We're off to Dunstall Park for the first placepot of the week...
13:35 - The first of two amateur riders' handicaps and it's hard to be overly confident about anything given the inexperience of most of the jockeys on show. However, Downhill Skier is proving consistent and will be staying on at the finish, whilst Young Simon is coming into this in good form after landing a gamble last week, so one should hopefully see us through.
14:05 - Consistency counts for plenty in this type of event and Kheley should make the placings if she gives her running, but just in case she has a rare off day we also include Monsieur Harvey, who is still a maiden but has gone well fresh in the past.
14:40 - A tightly-knit handicap but there is every reason to be positive about Its You Again, who is easily excused his recent fibresand flop, and the balance of his polytrack form makes him banker material.
15:15 - The early money for handicap debutant Tidal Star could potentially prove interesting, but it's hard to escape the claims of Mark Johnston's hat-trick seeking Memorabilia and he should be enough to see us through another leg.
15:50 - Oratouch probably wasn't suited by the longer trip last time and is a worthy favourite in this grade, especially considering her stable's recent form, but the fact she is so quickly dropped to selling company can also be construed as a bit of a negative, so it's worth also selecting the in-form Tony Carroll's Beating Harmony, who is having his start for the yard since being claimed from Tom Dascombe.
16:20 - A tricky finale in which, at first glance, it doesn't look as though there's going to be much pace on, so it's best to side with a couple who race prominently in the consistent Yankee Storm and the less reliable, but potentially well treated, Eastern Hills.
