A long wait for today's race angle but it should be worth it. Holyfield Warrior and Lunar River filled the first two places in a Kempton Apprentice handicap last week and I'm expecting that pair to dominate the finish in tonights similar event, only with Holyfield Warrior turning the tables. He was beaten comfortably last week, but only after racing freely, working hard to get prominent and having plenty of competition for the lead. He's better drawn and should have an easier time of it in front (he's the only one on Timeform's In-Play Card with an 'm' on his ledger), so Lunar River is going to find it much tougher reeling him, particularly as she's 6 lb worse off at the weights.
