The advent of Betfair has created opportunities for punters to back or lay horses during a race. Timeform’s In-Play race card (example here) has been designed as an aid to anyone who wishes to bet in-running. Each day, a member of the Timeform team will choose a race with an eye to securing a profit in-running on a particular horse, using the In-Play card to make the pick.
