Three selections from the Timeform Free Form Website to kick off another week.

Charlie Longsdon continues to fire in the winners and Island Jim (15.25) is fancied to follow up last month's Leicester success at Ffos Las. The seven-year-old showed plenty of improvement to see off High Jack at Leicester under today's rider Andrew Tinkler, showing a good attitude to stave off the threats from several others from four out. A 6 lb rise for that is fair and Island Jim is likely to progress again. The obvious danger is Shake The Barley, hailing from the Tom George yard who have had six winners since last Thursday.

Captain Dimitrios (14.40) looks to have been found a good opportunity at Lingfield and any odds against about him should be snapped up. We had David Evans' three-year-old in at [1.67] as he's comfortably weighted to go close after a series of largely creditable efforts during a busy spell recently. One particularly good run was a length defeat in a course and distance handicap last month which threw up three winners next time out and any effort like that this afternoon will be good enough to see him gain a second victory.

Staying at Lingfield and Judgement (17.00) is fancied to continue John Gosden's good start to the year. The daughter of Medicean wasn't beaten far in a seven-furlong Wolverhampton maiden in November which looks interesting, the pair in front of her, Mantatisi and Hurricane Lady, both shaping as if capable of better, and the way Judgement stayed on suggested she'll appreciate the step up to a mile today after a break.
