Here's the one to be against today, according to the FTM team...

Today's feature race is the 14:30 at Plumpton, where Fruity O'Rooney has to concede a 6lb penalty to his principal market rival Alderluck. Early trading saw Alderluck matched below [1.7] and Fruity O'Rooney at about [2.6], but from that point the prices of the two have converged around the [2.3] mark, apparently on the assumption that front-running Fruity O'Rooney will cope better with underfoot conditions. In what is sure to be a battle of attrition, the other runner attracting betting interest is Ballyegan, and the drift on Alderluck suggests that a lay at [2.3] may be the smart play.
