The once-raced gelding was bought to race for Mick Channon but never made it to the course for him. That said, this did not stop him running a promising race on his debut, when third over a mile at Lingfield. The negative move today could be the fact that the James McAuley stable is not a high profile stable and also that today this gelding takes on some unraced horses from bigger yards. No doubt he will run a solid race, but there could be one or two who improve past him.
