Our lay of the day is to be found back at Catterick in the 16:10 Beginners chase where Silent Cliche is apparently friendless having drifted out to [3.15] from [2.26]. He fell in his last race when odds-on, though excuses can be found in that he was hampered at the fence. His jumping before that fall, however, had looked slightly suspect and backers obviously feel that he isn't one they want to put their trust in at skinny prices today. It may also be worth noting that good support has been registered for Wolf Moon and Hommage A Bach at bigger prices.
