Laser Ruby ran into a place yesterday and was only beaten a short head and a neck - we were pleased with the Betfair place SP of 3.95 to give us a profit on the day. In the 5.20 at Wolverhampton this evening the race looks best left to the John Gosden trained BEGGAR'S OPERA who might have well won at Lingfield last time out over this trip but for being badly hampered by the winner in the closing stages.
