VERDICT:
A welcome winner on Wednesday with Iguacu who was returned at a Betfair SP of 5.77 (WIN) 1.92 (PLACE) - dividends that paid way in excess of the on-course SP of 7/2. We're staying at Kempton tonight for the final race at 6.30 where all eyes will be on the top-weight Topcroft who landed one of the gambles of the season when winning over course and distance last time out. How safe that form is might be questionable, it was a poor event that not many got into. This looks slightly more competitive despite it also being a class 7, and Topcroft has a penalty to defy. A better proposition might be COCKTAIL PARTY who has shown improved form in her last two starts and most importantly given the distinct impression the step-up to six furlongs is well within her grasp.
