Today's Verdict:
We followed up Sunday's good winner with BRANDANE at Kempton yesterday that held on gamely to win by a nose and was returned at a Betfair SP of 8.4 on the win market and 3.47 on the place market.

The pressure is on today to try and keep the run going and we head to the opening race at Huntingdon at 2.30 where the two runners at the opposite end of the handicap appeal in this 3m 2f hurdle.

The top-weight THE BANDIT comes from Emma Lavelle's bang in form stable. He looks well-treated off this mark and is returning to hurdling after a spell chasing. The likely good to firm ground is ideal.

At the bottom of the weights WELSH GUARD appears to be improving. He races from out of the handicap again today as he did over course and distance last time when second to Fourpointone. Hopefully he can grab a place again.
