Big Brother: Celebrity Hijack is a strong contender for television's most mediocre show ever - were it the only show on, most right thinking people would still prefer to stare at a brick wall. Before it peters out completely and the producers do the right thing and torch the place, though, there are plenty of eviction markets to exploit, starting with a double elimination on Friday.

With his colourful and possibly imaginary sex life, and as one of the few people to have been caught masturbating on television, Liam has mutated from sweet, innocent misfit to dodgy pervert in the space of a week. When he sits alone in the bath staring into space, chances are he's replaying his greatest orgies rather than plotting world peace, and creepiness is perennially unpopular in the house (Mary, Big Brother 6; Billi, Big Brother 8).

Victor's survival strategy seems to be to drive toward the edge of the cliff as fast as possible. By ordering his sister about like a servant and calling her a whore in their secret circus language (Italian) he seems determined to get evicted as soon as possible, and win a visit from the police into the bargain. Cruel and misogynistic is just about as deadly a combination as Channel 4 will allow.

Jeremy has something of the Tim (hated and posh, Big Brother 3) about him, and yet he is relatively popular inside the house, thanks to his 'hilarious' one liners. His ongoing 'will they/won't they?' love story with Emilia should see him safe. Viewers love romance.

Emilia manages to steer clear of the over-achieving chirpiness that saw Jade evicted first last week, and as she gets the sympathy of all those people who detest her brother, it is unthinkable that she would be voted off along with him.
