After 10 successes in a row, The Brig tests his mettle in the same race as Nick Shiambouros today - the 1.45 at Leicester. Will they both be proved right?

Today's race is the 13:45 at Leicester, it's a class 5 selling hurdle over 2 mile. Green Prospect is forecast favourite, trained by Jim Best and ridden by Robert Lucy-Butler.

Green Prospect won a seller at Fakenham last time on his first run for 8 months and this race may come too soon for him 12 days later. The win came over 2 1/2 mile and this drop down to the minimum trip will expose a cretinous lack of pace.

All 3 career wins have not been on testing tracks and he's unlikely to show his best form on this testing track. He has failed to complete in 3 career runs on a testing track.

Dance World and Blushing Hilary can go well in an open race but I will be laying the abysmal 'Green Prospect'.
