Paul Carberry, who missed the Cheltenham Festival through injury, has been booked to ride the ante-post favourite Dun Doire in the John Smith's Grand National at Aintree on April 14.
Dun Doire's nine wins have been gained in the hands of seven different jockeys but trainer Tony Martin has given the nod to Carberry, who won the big race in 1999 on Bobbyjo.
Carberry last partnered Dun Doire to success in the Thyestes Chase at Gowran Park 14 months ago, beating Coljon by a length and a half.
Davy Russell was on board when the gelding paid his only previous visit to Aintree, falling at The Chair in the Becher Chase last year.
Dun Doire (13.5) just edges last year's winner Numbersixvalverde (14.5) in the Betfair market for the Aintree showpiece.
