Daniel Agger and Martin Skrtel celebrate Liverpool's opening goal
"Liverpool were backed at a high of [8.8] in-play on Betfair, while the draw traded at a low of [1.24]."
There will be dreams of Wembley glory across the country after Manchester United are knocked out of the FA Cup following a late Liverpool winner at Anfield. Joe Dyer rounds up the latest odds following Saturday results...
Liverpool left it late but they will celebrate long and hard after scoring at the death to knock Manchester United out of the FA Cup in Saturday's early kick-off.
A goal each in the first-half had left the game locked at 1-1 but substitute Dirk Kuyt pounced late on to send the Kop into raptures. In-play backers on Betfair will be celebrating too - the Anfield outfit were backed at a high of [8.8] on the exchange, while the draw traded at a low of [1.24].
Liverpool can be backed at [5.9] to win the Cup, a market in which Chelsea are the favourites at [4.7]. The Blues got the better of neighbours QPR in the 12:00 kick-off, courtesy of a Juan Mata penalty.
Spurs, who sneaked past Watford on Friday night, are third favourites at [5.7] while Everton are [16.0], having dumped Fulham out thanks to a late Marouanne Fellaini goal.
Also dreaming of FA Cup glory are Stoke, last season's beaten finalists, who did an efficient job at Derby, claiming a 2-0 win. The Potters can be backed at [23.0] to go one better than last year.
Elsewhere, League Two's Crawley Town produced the day's only real upset with a 1-0 win at Championship playoff contenders Hull. Matt Tubbs scored the only goal of the game (his 18th of the season) as Crawley pulled off a win at in-play odds of [5.3].
Sheffield Wednesday and Blackpool both share a rich Cup history and they'll be writing another chapter in it following a 1-1 draw at Bloomfield Road today. The Yorkshire club came so close to a win - backed at [1.1] on Betfair - but were denied by an injury time penalty, dispatched by Kevin Phillips.
Through to the fifth round are Bolton, who were backed at [5.7] during a come-from-behind win at home to Swansea.
And joining them in the latter stages will be Norwich, who knocked out WBA thanks to a late goal from Simeon Jackson. The Canaries traded at a high of [10.5] to win.
Bolton are [44.0] to win the Cup while Norwich can be backed a tick lower at [42.0].
