NFL Tips: The return of Big Ben should see a big points tally in Pittsburgh

Bart Barden is back with a look at three NFL games this Sunday...

"I am 3-0 picking games involving the Bucs, and getting a touchdown and the hook here against a division rival in the Falcons is where the value is. Atlanta are not indestructible at home, and Matt Ryan and Julio Jones have slowed down a bit of late."

It's official, Indy are overrated and will not be in my stable of selections for the rest of the year. Starting out down 27 points at home is unacceptable. My other two picks came in, but as I heavily weighted Indy, I consider this the first real misread of the season.

At least I had T.Y. Hilton in my big stakes fantasy football league who just killed it in garbage time. Now, onto this week's picks!

Arizona Cardinals @ Cleveland Browns
Sunday, 17:00
3pts Back Arizona -4.5 @ 1.855/6 (Exchange)

Arizona are playing good football and are also pretty healthy in the running game, although it has been shadowed by the consistent play of Carson Palmer, and the Browns couldn't stop a three-year-old from gaining rushing yards. The Browns don't have the offensive firepower to compete in this game, especially with Johnny Manziel most likely getting the start in the game. I can see the Cardinals winning by 10+.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Atlanta Falcons
Sunday, 17:00
2pts Back Tampa Bay +7.5 on Exchange for 1.910/11

As Quad City DJs say: "Come on ride the train!".

I am 3-0 picking games involving the Bucs, and getting a touchdown and the hook here against a division rival in the Falcons is where the value is. Atlanta are not indestructible at home, and Matt Ryan and Julio Jones have slowed down a bit of late. Not being able to score a few scores against the depleted Tennessee Titans last week showed some weaknesses in this offense.

Meanwhile, the TB offense has been trending upwards, and with Mike Evans healthy they will put up enough points to make this a one-score-or-less result.

Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers
Sunday, 17:00
1pt Back Over 48.5pts @ 2.01/1 on the Exchange

This one is simple - Ben Roethlisberger is back. Pittsburgh have a great offense and average defense, Cincinnati have a great offense and average defense. No major injuries and all skill players are healthy.

The only thing that can stop this from going over 60 is the weather or the wind in the Steel City.
