Cleveland look no match for Minnesota in Sunday's early NFL game, and things could get ugly according to Neil Harvey...

"Cleveland have thrown 17 interceptions this season. That's by far the most in the league and, just to give you some perspective, is 15 more than Minnesota have thrown"

The Cleveland Browns have lost four games by the margin of just a field goal. And so it's tempting to think that they're unlucky to find themselves 0-7. But I'm not buying it. Because they've also been handed three heavy defeats. And I think Sunday's early kick-off in London will be more akin to the 31-7 shellacking the Brown's suffered at home to Cincinnati.

Nowhere to run

Cleveland have been tough on the run, conceding just three yards per rush. And that's helped keep them in touch in games for a while. But they have simply too many weakness, several of which should be exploited by the Vikings. First and foremost, the Browns should struggle to move the ball in any way, shape or form. Cleveland's running game is terrible and will find itself hitting the brick wall that is Minnesota's formidable defensive line, which has permitted just 3.2 yards per carry and ranks third in the NFL.

Turnover trouble

The Browns will then turn to the passing game. And this is where their troubles will really take a turn for the worse. Cleveland have thrown 17 interceptions this season. That's by far the most in the league and, just to give you some perspective, is 15 more than Minnesota have thrown. The Vikings secondary is one of the better defensive units in the league and should come up with several turnovers here. Poor DeShone Kizer, having previously been dropped at quarterback, is the man tasked with orchestrating mission impossible. His confidence must already be shot. Putting him back under centre here looks an ill-advised decision.

Every time Cleveland have possession I will fear for them. That's never good. And I fear they could be put to the sword here. Latavius Murray showed last week that he's close to being back to full fitness, posting 113 yards and a score against Baltimore. Jerick Mckinnon offers a change of pace threat to compliment him and together they can do enough to keep the Browns defensive line busy.

Strong Case for Minnesota win

I fancy it's Minnesota's pass attack that will do the damage though. Quarterback Case Keenum has had a run of games under centre now and shown that he's a capable performer at this level. He can pick apart a Cleveland secondary that's given up an average 7.3 yards per completion, with tight end Kyle Rudolph likely to see plenty of targets, while the likely return of Stefon Diggs will provide a serious deep-ball threat.
