Wimbledon favourite Justine Henin has played down reports that she could quit the sport in just two years time.

The Belgian top seed eased into the second round at SW19 with a comprehensive 6-3 6-0 victory over Argentine qualifier Jorgelina Cravero and trades as a hot 1.02 favourite to beat Vera Dushevina in their second-round clash.

Reports from Belgium suggested that the 25-year-old was considering hanging up her racket in a couple of years but the six-time Grand Slam winner has made it clear that she still has a bit left in the tank.

"I think that is a bit of a mistake in the paper," she said. "But, no, it is going to be four, five more years - three certainly depending on injuries but not just two."

Wimbledon is the only 'Slam to evade the Monte Carlo resident and she admitted being a bit rusty in her early exchanges with the South American on day one of the world's greatest tournament.

"I needed a little bit of time to get used to the surface," she added. "I couldn't push her much in the beginning but my first-serve percentage was pretty good, and in the end I was beginning to feel much better on the court. I tried to come a little bit more to the net."

The world number one trades as the 3.05 favourite to win the tournament, with Serena Williams, who looked far from convincing despite her straight sets victory over Lourdes Dominguez Lino, on offer at 4.4 and Maria Sharapova available at 7.6 to repeat her 2004 triumph in the capital.
