Novak Djokovic has booked his place in the semi-final of the French Open after cruising past Igor Andreev in straight sets.
The Serbian got off to a nervey start when dropping his serve in the opening games but soon regained his composure to wrap up the match 6-3, 6-3, 6-3.
The 20-year-old who is the youngest player left in the men's draw has become the third Serbian to make it through to the semi-finals after Jelena Jankovic and Ana Ivanovic made it through for the women.
"I played really, really well. I wanted to impose my style of play. It's a sport where things can change very quickly," explained Djokovic.
"I knew he could be very dangerous. He's a specialist on clay and beat (Andy) Roddick. It was his first quarter-final and he had nothing to lose."
Djokovic is now trading at 7 to go on and reach the final and is available at 34 to go a step further and win the tournament.
