Treyc Cohen becomes the seventh act to be eliminated from this year’s show
"Danni Minogue chose to save Cohen but dramatically, Cheryl Cole – who is mentor of both girls – refused to cast a vote."
There were once again no surprises in tonight's X Factor Result's show as Treyc Cohen became the latest act to be eliminated from this year's show.
Treyc Cohen tonight became the seventh act to be eliminated from this year's X Factor after losing out in a dramatic sing-off against fellow 'Girl' member Katie Waissel.
Cohen was available to back at [4.0] in the 7th Elimination market prior to this evening's show commencing thanks largely to her below-average rendition of I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing on Saturday. Singing a version of Toni Braxton's Un-break My Heart, Cohen lost out in the sing-off with judges Louis Walsh and Simon Cowell deciding that Waissel's sing-off performance merited at least one more week in the competition. Danni Minogue chose to save Cohen but dramatically, Cheryl Cole - who is mentor of both girls - refused to cast a vote.
Saturday's fifth live show saw more standout performances from Matt Cardle ([2.52] in Winner market) and Rebecca Ferguson ([3.6]), though Cowell's only remaining act One Direction ([5.5]) came in for some criticism for performing the Kim Wilde hit Kids in America on a night when the theme was American Anthems. The song was originally released in the UK by London-born Wilde, though it did reach number 25 on the US Billboard.

no surprise in treyc being eliminated, thanks to cheryl bending the rules to suite her self once again. Katie in the bootom 2 3 times, that is saying a lot about the public who who they like.
