Get your weekend off to a bang with a bit of early morning Super Rugby action from Down Under. Angus Watt is back with his best bets from the Week 3 match-ups...

"The Rebels are unchanged which means talisman, Will Genia, will start again. The Aussie scrum-half was brilliant last week and should cause the Sunwolves problems. I had this cap marked at +/-12 so happy to take this at 10/11."

It's difficult to read too much into the thumping 45-19 win for the Rebels last week against the Reds. Their opponents had an early red card which killed the game as a contest. This said, the Rebels were ruthless and the form has been franked this morning after the Reds were surprise victors against the Brumbies.

Jamie Joseph's Sunwolves played well enough against the Brumbies last week but never looked like winning. I'd be concerned at how much rotation is going on in the squad; they're going to struggle to get consistency if they are making six changes to the starting XV in week 2!

Stormers to struggle in Christchurch

Crusaders v Stormers

The Chiefs' victory away at the Blues this morning makes the Crusaders' demolition job on them last week look even more impressive. I waxed lyrical about them in my outright preview and have seen no reason to back down from that. They are unchanged this weekend and will be extremely hard to contain.

The Stormers will be downhearted after they threw away (quite literally an overthrown line-out) victory in the last play of the game against the Waratahs. They were not convincing in defence and this should be exposed against Kiwi opposition. I expect the Crusaders to run up a big score here.
